Notes: Karl Ernst Hänsel (born December 6, 1868 in Löbtau near Dresden, 1947 in Radebeul) was a German painter and etcher. After an apprenticeship as a porcelain painter in Löbtau, Hansel attended the Royal Saxon School of Applied Arts in Dresden under Ermenegildo Carlo Donadini. Easter 1889 he moved to the Dresden Art Academy , where he 1890-1894 master student at Ferdinand Pauwels was. (Wikipedia)
