Delivery and Return Terms
Your orders will be shipped within 3 business days at the latest after the payment is completed. Our customers are informed on the site before delays in special cases like archive work, holiday breaks, etc.
Your shipments are made via PTT Postal Service or DHL. The cargo service provider is selected by the customer during the order.
For international orders of $75 and above, the shipping fee is covered by us. Free shipping feature is invalid for coupon/discount usage.
Delivery time and conditions may vary in extraordinary situations such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, riots, movements, nuclear risk and danger, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage and fire, and in cases arising from the recipient (absence at the address, absence of an authorized person to receive, the recipient has moved from the address, etc.).
You can receive your order from the courier with a picture ID document, delivery code or signature requested from you.
When your order is delivered, you should open your package in the presence of the courier and check the product. It is especially important to do this for crushed, torn, opened or wet packages. In an unexpected situation, if you encounter a problematic product, you should not take delivery of the package and report it to the courier and send it to the cargo company.
If you are not present at the address you specified at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person at the delivery address after his/her picture ID is checked and his/her signature is obtained. If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, the cargo company courier will leave you a note with the phone number of the cargo company. The address where the note is left will not be visited again, in this case the customer must pick up the cargo from the branch. After placing an order, the recipient cannot be changed.
If “internet cafe”, “any coffee house”, “branch addresses of cargo companies” or “any public area” is specified as the delivery address, the order will be canceled and delivery will not be made to these addresses.
If the delivery address is missing or incorrectly specified in your order, after the cargo is returned to us, the cargo can be delivered to your address again with “buyer’s payment” or the order can be canceled and a refund can be made in the amount of “product cost”.
Return Conditions
All of our customers have the legal right of return within 14 days within the scope of the consumer’s ‘Right of Withdrawal Without Cause’.
In addition, you can notify us within 14 days following the date of receipt of the products that you think are a manufacturing defect or other and you want to return.
You can send your return back free of charge with the cargo company we work with. If the product is returned by any other cargo company other than the cargo company we work with, the shipping fee will be covered by the sender, and if the shipping fee is not covered by the sender and the product return is made through a cargo company other than the one we work with, Fotokart will have the right to deduct the shipping fee from the return price of the product.
After sending your cargo, you may be asked to share the tracking number, if necessary. Please keep the tracking number. You can return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your order. You can provide information about your return by contacting our support and send your product back with the invoice, paid by the shipping company. Once we receive your request, we will evaluate it and send you an information e-mail.
You can return the product you are returning complete, with the original invoice, with the package undamaged, unused, unused, undamaged as a result of usage error, including the order number and the correct address of Fotokart. If the invoice of the product is issued on behalf of an institution, a ‘RETURN INVOICE’ issued by the institution for the return process, not including the shipping share, ‘Product Unit Price + VAT’ must be sent with the product.
The product’s box, packaging, standard accessories, if any, must be complete and undamaged in the package you return to us. Returns of products whose original packaging has been damaged, destroyed or damaged in any way due to use are not accepted. All kinds of software, programs, PLAY, DVD, VCD, CD and cassettes, computer and stationery materials are accepted for return only if the packaging is unopened, intact, unused and untested.
After we receive your return: An update e-mail will be sent to you and when your return is approved, the product price will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 10 business days. This period starts when we receive the product you have returned (mandatory in accordance with the General Communiqué on Tax Procedure Law No. 385). The time for your refund to be reflected on your statement varies depending on your bank. If there is a delay in the reflection of your return transaction to your credit card, you can get detailed information from your bank with the Return Transaction Number in the information e-mail we sent to you.
Exchange Conditions
We cannot exchange any purchase you make from Fotokart, regardless of the nature of the product. However, you can return the product by fulfilling the conditions mentioned above within 14 days from the moment you receive it.
